For 12-15 passenger vans, if to be rented for a commercial purpose, an Ontario’s F licence (or equivalent) is needed. Its customer’s responsibility to check the licence requirements with the Ministry of Transportation of the province they intend to drive in.

Yes you can make a reservation on your name on behalf of someone and can change the renter at the time of rental. In this scenario if someone else is coming to pick up the rental, we would need the customer’s driver licence information and customer’s credit card for SECURITY DEPOSIT purposes.

Please note that the “CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS” of 8-15 passenger vehicles is final and CAN’T BE CANCELED , eventually it will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

Extra kilometres, additional day(s), parking, traffic tickets, toll route usage charges, vehicle damage, vehicle returned with less fuel, vehicle returned in badly soiled or with beverage spillage etc., will be charged extra. Please note that all our fleet is strictly NO SMOKING and NO PET fleet (as there are so many customers that are having allergy from smoke and pets) a fine up to $500 would be charged for smoking in the vehicle(s) or returned with the pet hair or litter.
